Meet NoelleOwner, Nurse Practitioner & Medical Director
Noelles journey into aesthetic medicine began in 2019 while I was completing her NP. What started as offering Botox treatments to coworkers, friends, and family quickly grew into a true passion for helping people feel confident, refreshed, and empowered in their own skin.
Her vision is to create more than just a medical spa—but to build a destination where patients can access comprehensive aesthetic and wellness services under one roof. From injectables and skin rejuvenation to body treatments and wellness therapies, the goal is to provide a personalized experience that helps every patient look and feel their best.
As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she received both her BSN and MSN from Simmons University in Boston. Prior to specializing in aesthetics, she spent nearly a decade as a nurse at Miriam Hospital and Women & Infants Hospital before serving as a Nurse Practitioner in a community health center. Those experiences helped shape my commitment to patient safety, education, and exceptional care.

Sadie has a true passion for skin- helping you feel confident in yours. Her journey started with her own experience navigating acne, giving her a deep understanding of how personal and complex skincare really is.
Whether you’re dealing with breakouts, texture, or just want to elevate your routine, Sadie is here to guide you every step of the way.

Venus Ramos, FNP
Venus is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in Women’s Health and Labor & Delivery. She brings a strong clinical foundation, a passion for wellness, and an eye for natural beauty to the world of aesthetics.

Fluent in Spanish, Venus loves connecting with and caring for her patients. Outside of the office, she’s married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mom of three. She enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and dancing whenever she gets the chance. ❤️
Jenna Rambone, Nurse
Jenna’s interest in aesthetics began with her own experiences with skin concerns and the insecurities that came with them. She knows how much it can mean to feel comfortable and confident in your skin, and that understanding shapes the way she cares for her patients.
Her aesthetic career started as a medical assistant in dermatology, working along side Rhode Island providers. There, her interest in skin health grew into a desire to become a nurse and help others in the way she once wished someone could have helped her. She went on to earn her nursing degree from New England Institute of Technology.
Jenna completed neurotoxin and dermal filler training through AMET in Boston. She values continuing education and takes time to listen to each patient, answer questions, and create a treatment plan around their individual goals.
Outside of the treatment room, Jenna is embracing newlywed life, spending time on her little farm, and staying active through her love of fitness and teaching Pilates. She enjoys cooking, embracing her Italian roots, and making memories with the people she loves most. Whether she’s traveling to Italy with her Nonno, perfecting a homemade pasta recipe, or planning her next adventure, Jenna’s genuine love for beauty and caring for others shines through in the personalized attention and compassion she brings to every patient.
Ashley Bernardo, DNP
Ashley began her nursing journey began in 2016, graduating from UMass Dartmouth; but it didn’t stop there. She then continued to receive her Doctorate Of Nursing in 2022. Her experiences in cardiology, both general + interventional, and vascular surgery, have had taught her the importance of precision, attention to detail, and — most importantly — making every patient feel heard, comfortable, and cared for.
Aesthetics allows her to bring her passion for building relationships into something that is a little more personal — helping someone look in the mirror and feel like the best version of themselves.
“I’m a firm believer that aesthetics should never be about looking like someone else. I love subtle, natural, balanced results that still look like you. Sometimes it’s a little lip enhancement, a softened expression, or simply a small refresh that makes you feel a little more confident.”
Fluent in Portuguese, Ashley loves being able to care for other patients on another level. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find Ashley chasing her young toddler, Ashton.

Gina Bazirgan
Gina decided to join our team after nearly 6 years of staying home to care for her family. Her nursing background was on a surgical unit in Miriam Hospital, where she first met Noelle. Many years later, their youngest daughters brought them together.
You will find Gina with smiles and eagerness to maintain adult conversation. While she’s new in the aesthetics industry, she’s willing to learn and assist where needed. When she’s not in the office on Tuesdays, you will find her shuttling her 4 kids to all their travel sports.
